What's needed is for someone to start a new off road club in Manchester or at least Greater Manchester to cater for people driving 1/8th Buggies, Truggies and Monster trucks.
Or...does someone have a decent piece of land they can give/loan to help with the starting of an off road rc car club in Manchester.
I think what would be need would be:
Land
50 x 50 meters
TOOLS
Lawnmower/Strimmer
Rakes
Spades
Forks (Or a rotavator)
Roller
Scaffolding to make a drivers stand or lots of metal and someone who can weld.
4" Tubing 300/400 metres to make track layout
And a race control shed and timing equipment.
Oh and Lot and lots of members to pay membership and race fees to help pay for the above and put in some people to do the labouring.
and then you need insurance ;)
that comes as standard through the BRCA doesn't it? As all member have to be a member of the BRCA.
BRCA membership just covers you and your car. By law you need to have public liability insurance
