Title: Ranting area?

What do you think of an area on the forum where we can have a moan? I've gone a bit OTT on the fuel duty thread, and I think a place to vent would be grand.
Granted it will need moderation and common sense from the posters, but would open up some good discussions.
Obviously the usual bannable items would be in force (racism etc).
Thoughts?
