however how the bloody hell do you take the clutch shoes off.....

Eeerm first take the clutch bell off then use screvdriver to take shoes off the pins, and wach the springs if you dont have a spare ones, ofcourse depends on what type of flywheel and clutch shoes you got that may be little diffrent but if one like that just pop them up with screwdriver.
