firstly if you have your video on line already you can just link it here
otherwise try this:
go here:
http://www.yousendit.com/fill in part 1 as your own email address or leave it blank
in part 2 browse your computer for the video you wish to upload
then click SEND IT
when the link appears just copy and paste it into your description box
sit back relax and watch your vid again!!
