how long have you left it to run before you trya nd give it some throttle?

you need to wait a bit before you run it so the engine has time to warm up a bit!!

also how does it cut out?

straight away or does it try to move and cut out if so it could be a tuning issue!!

Give it around 30 seconds to warm up.

Also with the cutting out.

I move the throttle and it just dies on me.

well if engine has run in and u reset the needles then its going to run shite

turn in the top end needle 1/2 turn (this will get you up and running) and start it, then tune top end from there, low end needle adjust if necessary after you have done top end needle adjustments.

to check glow plug... whip the plug out and press it in glow starter to test it, it should glow nice and bright all the way through the wire. just try for 1second or so as it gets very hot quickly and you can/will be burned if not careful, use pliars if you havent done this before.
