A simple question that may create a bit of interest.
Are there any reasons why nitro/electric/petrol vehicles cannot use the same off road track - obviously not at the same time.
Basically Size...
If we're talking Off Road...
This requires a Track that can test the drivers skill in a manner of ways Corners, Jumps, Off Camber sections, Bomb Holes, Step Ups, etc etc etc.
Now...
What would be Challenging for a 1/10th Electric...
Would be not that hard for a 1/8th Nitro and...
Be a walk for a 1/5th Petrol...
If we're talking On Road, then...
Again, Size...
If you had a Track to suit the 1/5th Petrol, you'd be fine with a 1/8th Nitro, but... It would be a bit Dodgy for a 1/10th Electric.
No obviously if you put aside those 'problems' then Yeh, they could All share the Same Tracks...
But it's whether the Drivers would then Like it and stay to Race there.

i agree, 1/5 and 1/8th track would be ok but not for 1/10
So, if the track had cut outs (like Silverstone) so different parts could be used for different vehicles it should be ok.
I take it that as most nitro's are 4x4, they would be ok for whwen the surface gets chewed up.
As for the track, it should be in the region of 4.5m wide (because thats the length of 2 by 2 and we havent cut it)

I used to run my hpi rs4 2 in the Netherlands on the same track as the other lads were running their 1/8th scale cars.
I was a moving obstacle to them! I couldn't get out of the way fast enough, and in the end the track's managers set out times so that the same scale runs at a single time, and that we're not in each others' way!
Out of interest, this was the track I used to run at:
