what size spur gear do i need to get for the savage.

at the minute its running with a 52 t gear but seems to be very under powered.

if i put a smaller one on will that increase the power?

large - more power, less speed

small - more speed, less power

the 52 should give you more power as they have 49t as standard i'm sure

the bigger 4.6 engined models have 47t

what clutch bell (pinion) are you running though should be a 15-17t
