im having a mare with this!!!
got the usb version,its a serial to usb adapter aparrently and it dont bloody work :mad:
ive tried searching the net for a solution but cant find anything relating to it,anyone had a similar problem?

Did you get an install disc with the serial to USB adapter drivers?
You will need them to make the interface work.

never used this servo mate sorry but like tim said likely to be a driver problem check everything is install correctly
