just a quick one really when a nitro engine is lets say a .28 what is that .28 of exactly

0.28 cubic inches, as the americans measure engine sizes, rather than CC or cubic centimetres as we use
eg 1.6 litre is 1600cc
440 cubic inch V8 is 6445cc or near enough.

.18ci - 3.0cc
.21ci - 3.5cc
.25ci - 4.1cc
.27ci - 4.4cc
.32ci - 5.2cc
.36ci - 5.9cc
.46ci - 7.5cc

Ah brilliant i was trying to work it out. and thought it cant be litres cos .28 of a litre would almost be the size of my engine all together :joker: :joker:

yea .28 is 4.6cc
