i normally use the kit manufacturers grease, tamiya for instance supply very good quality grease
as for ceramic/molybdenum i don't know really maybe one is more suiting to gears?

do you know what i was just about to ask this very question.
i'm cleaning my eb4 up tomorow and gonna make some repairs but i know that i have lost the seal to my rear diff and think it needs re-greaseing any ideas what to use!!

If you search of ebay i just seen ball diff grease think that sounds like it could be on the right lines

metal gears ummm maybe just some multi purpose grease i bought some comma stuff ages ago from halfords its really good and use that on outer diff gears
note: diffs should be running oil internally instead of grease so don't open those up unless you need to service them

oh seal for the diff itself? or just where rear gearbox housing bolts to chassis? if the latter they don't run seals there normally people just use a bit of clear silicone to seal it up

I generally use Tamiya Anti-wear grease if needed. But for my nitro stuff I spray all moving parts with silicon spray!!
And I have some really sticky 'Marine Grade' grease, which I use in places where it needs to stay 'no matter what'. :joker: This stuff never washes off. But you wouldn't want to get grit in it as then it will act as an abrasive! Yikes!!
