i mean that one wheel is going left other right and the back ones are going like that
---> \ / i have seen people got it like / \ at the back and | | at front how shall i set it in my truck ?? :)

Back ones uually point inwards slightly, and fronts if they point outwards steering is wild but responsive, point them slightly in and it will tend to go in straight lines easier. There are more experts on here than me that will undoubtedly gove you exact angles :D

Back End...
Toe - In (the Wheels point Inwards)
Front End...
Depends how you like your car...
Toe - In, Will track better and be a little 'lazy' going into corners, but will have a nice middle corner steering and give More (oversteer sometimes) on the way out.
Toe - Out, Will be Aggressive going into corners, about right in the middle and less coming out (Understeer).
If you can measure, 3' Toe - In on the Back and No More than 2' either way on the Front.
I personnally like Toe-In on the Front, but a lot Hate it. Oh and of course there is always Parrallel.
Hope that Helps a bit.

Oh and put about 2' Negative Camber all round.

yeh russ was spot on. and explains it well  better then me
By having different Toe (angles) on your wheels, adjusts how your car/truck handles. yup half of it comes down to what you feel most comfortable with or prefer using.
On my monster truck ive got all 4 wheels parrallel, (straight)
I find this best for jumps and bashing
