you got a reverse thread extractor?
Drillbit that you drill in backwards then it grips and extracts thread?
just a thought
or drill head off completely and try to get threads out when clutch bell is off.

got a blowtorch or gas soldering iron? get some heat on it to break seal

or hacksaw a deep slot in bolt to get a decent screwdriver in it

Heat is good option, the extractors are one of those JML specials :D , three in a box but they do work, well so far ;)

Will try that, but need to be carefull with angle grinder :D

Whichever method you use I'd give it some heat first, as Matt says. The expansion and shrinkage of the metal will crack the seal and will make it easier to move. One you grind the head to use the screwdriver it will be severly weakened, and if the screwdriver breaks one side of the remaining you'll have a real job getting it off.

The heat should really help dude!
