hi guys need a half decent peak charger that has adjustable rate down to .2A for 4 1.2v 1000mah cells

thanks mate,ive got to match/break in the cells then make them into packs of 4,so something that will do for just charging at a low rate at home every few races to a faster 1c(4a) for the actual racing
