Title: ThunderTiger car

mmcrew - September 24, 2007 05:24 PM (GMT)
hi iv got an old skool thunder tiger track car that my mate gave me, it got run over by a car and it smashed the cooling head and the suspension arm,

iv been told i can get it repaired all in for about 75 quid, thats a new engine andthe suspension arm, is that good or is it just not worth it,

i dont no the exact model, its a .15 belt driven, thunder tiger track car, and i think it had a old scooby shell,

what people rekon,

ok so one of the mounts broke but means u could get it cheeeeap :P all you gotta do is use your engines block and swap everything over

mmcrew - September 25, 2007 10:38 AM (GMT)
the reason the engine i think is nakerd is because, my mate took out the plug and left it in his garage and then, its now covered in filler dust and crap all over the piston, so i dont think its any good, i could try and clean it all out and see with a new head on it couldnt i

As to size .12 is standard .15 was a hop up, so a 18 might be a bit strong for the drivetrain?

mmcrew - September 25, 2007 11:20 AM (GMT)
ah right ok, i thought .15 was standard

cool, think i might stick to 12 or 15 then, cheers dude
