Hi, Well i have a Sand Scorcher in bits.
Once built it would be a minimal runner.

No shell.. A broken Radio Case.. A tranny that i dont no if works. etc..

It has the Ranger wheels.

How much would it be worth in its non assembeled state?

monty (the tamiya guru) will be your best bet to know the answer to this one my own opinion I reckon probably between the £40 - £50 mark
