Do any of you guys know anyone who can make a small batch of repro shells & undertrays made from an original shell or undertray? when i say small batch i mean 2 or 3?

there is a guy called Keith he runs a company called Kamtech

he is sometimes hard to get hold of. but he is your best bet though.

Yup there is Keith.. but be warned, he's pretty flipping unreliable. I know he still has shells belonging to Bormac and Jeroen206 off TamiyaClub :(

The other guy who is very very very good, but doesn't often do repros he's not interested in is Antony from Floppy Sponge (who did your Lazer ZX shells Del) He did me an Optima and its much better than Keiths, but he only seems to do cars he has (tip: he likes Kyoshos ;) )

Or.. you can try Jay (Mr Lexan from Tamiya Club).
